Terms & Conditions for CITAGAH
1 Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user", "player") and Naman Tater ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the CITAGAH mobile application, software, virtual goods, and multiplayer services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing CITAGAH, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must delete the application immediately.
2 Eligibility & Age Restrictions
You must be at least 13 years old (or at least 16 years old if you reside in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom) to create an account or play CITAGAH.
If you are between the ages of 13 and the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent and warrant that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3 License & Intellectual Property Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use CITAGAH on personal mobile devices solely for non-commercial entertainment purposes.
All source code, game mechanics, software, databases, 2D/3D graphics, animations, user interface designs, visual effects, and logos relating to CITAGAH are proprietary property owned by or licensed to Naman Tater and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4 Virtual Currency & Virtual Goods
CITAGAH includes in-game virtual currencies ("CITAGAH Coins" and "Game Passes") and cosmetics (table themes, mallets, avatar frames, charms). Virtual currencies and goods have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real-world cash or merchandise, and cannot be transferred outside authorized game mechanics.
5 In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing
- In-App Purchases (IAP): All purchases are processed directly through the Google Play In-App Billing platform and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
- VIP Subscriptions (Gold & Diamond): Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Refunds: All purchases in CITAGAH are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled directly by Google Play Support.
6 Code of Conduct & Fair Play Policy
- Cheating, speed hacks, automation bots, memory editors, or exploiting bugs.
- Harassment, abusive language, hate speech, or offensive lobby chat.
- Selling, trading, or transferring game accounts or virtual coins for cash.
- Network packet tampering or attempting DDoS attacks.
Violations will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund.
7 Peer-to-Peer Networking (WebRTC) Disclaimer
CITAGAH utilizes real-time Peer-to-Peer (WebRTC) networking to provide low-latency matches. You acknowledge that during direct P2P sessions, your device IP address is exchanged directly with other players in the room to establish low-latency game socket connections.
8 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
CITAGAH IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NAMAN TATER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of CITAGAH shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
