1 Introduction & Overview

Naman Tater ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") built the CITAGAH application as a Freemium multiplayer mobile game platform. This SERVICE is provided at no initial cost and is intended for use "as is".

This Privacy Policy informs players, users, and visitors regarding our policies concerning the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of Personal Information and Technical Data when you download, install, access, or play CITAGAH and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2 Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, maintain, optimize, and secure our multiplayer gaming experience.

A. Information You Provide

  • Account Profile: Username, account ID, profile avatar selection, country/theme preferences, and optional bio.
  • Authentication: Secure tokenized identifiers from Google Play Games / Google Auth. We never store plain-text passwords.
  • Social Content: In-room chat text messages, emojis, and game reactions shared in lobbies.

B. Technical & Gameplay Data

  • Device Telemetry: Device model, OS version, screen resolution, IP address, and connection performance.
  • Match Statistics: Match history, win/loss records, XP, achievements, trophy stars, and charm popularity.
  • Virtual Economy: Virtual coin balance, game passes, daily spin cooldowns, and non-sensitive Google Play transaction tokens.
📡 C. Peer-to-Peer Networking (WebRTC) Disclosure

CITAGAH utilizes real-time Peer-to-Peer (P2P) WebRTC networking alongside secure cloud WebSockets to facilitate ultra-low latency gameplay (such as Air Hockey, Bullet Peek, and interactive matches). During direct P2P sessions, your device's IP address is exchanged directly with other players in the same game room to establish the direct socket connection.

3 Third-Party Services & Integrations

The Service integrates certified third-party SDKs to handle advertising, analytics, authentication, and in-app transactions:

  • Google Play Services & Google Play Games: Player identity synchronization, achievements, and cloud authentication. (policies.google.com/privacy)
  • Google AdMob (Advertising): Banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded video ads (e.g. 2X daily spin bonuses). Processes Advertising ID (GAID) and device telemetry. (support.google.com/admob)
  • Google Play In-App Billing: Purchases of coins, game passes, and VIP Subscriptions. Financial details are processed exclusively by Google LLC.
  • Convex Cloud Backend: Real-time database state synchronization, matchmaking, and secure game room infrastructure. (convex.dev/privacy)

4 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

All purchases and subscriptions (Gold VIP, Diamond VIP) are managed exclusively through Google Play Billing. We never see, collect, or store your credit card or bank account details.

Subscription Management: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

5 Advertising & Opt-Out Controls

CITAGAH displays advertisements from Google AdMob to support free matchmaking. You can reset or opt out of personalized interest-based advertising on your Android device anytime:

Android Settings → Google → Ads → Reset Advertising ID or Delete Advertising ID

6 Data Retention & Security

All data transmitted between your device and our cloud servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS and WSS). We retain player profile state and virtual inventory for as long as your account remains active.

7 Account Deletion & User Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

🗑️ 30-Day Permanent Deletion Rights

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your profile, friends list, match history, and account records:

  1. In-App 1-Tap Deletion: Open CITAGAH > Settings > Account Security > Tap Delete Account.
  2. Email Request: Send an email to namankumartater@gmail.com with your Player ID and subject "Account Deletion Request".

Your data will be permanently wiped or anonymized from active databases within 30 days.

8 Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

CITAGAH is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without parental consent, contact us immediately for prompt deletion.
